Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Shift Timing : 30 hours per week - Monday to Thursday
Location : Sedalia Missouri 65301
Pay rate : $20/hrs. on W2
Experience
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and prioritization
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Timely monthly reconciliation of purchase card transactions
• Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings, including catering and setup
• Provide administrative support to coordinate tour schedules with internal departments
• Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies for the department
