An elite chambers-ranked law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (Class of 2020–2022/3–5 years' PQE) to join their high-performing team in Dallas.
This prestigious team advises a diverse array of clients on sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions.
You will work closely with market-leading partners on sophisticated matters in a fast-paced, international environment. The firm offers market-leading compensation, a strong global platform, and excellent career progression prospects.
Key Requirements
- Texas Bar-qualified
- AmLaw 50 prior experience
- Class of 2020–2022 (3–5 years' post-qualification experience)
- Experience in Real Estate matters
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
- Solid academics
