Description We are looking for a skilled Bank Teller to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service while handling transactions efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Responsibilities: - Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of service. - Maintain and balance a cash drawer in strict adherence to bank policies and procedures. - Promote and recommend bank products and services to customers to support their financial needs. - Build and sustain strong customer relationships, referring clients to appropriate staff for additional services. - Open, manage, and close various account types while ensuring compliance with regulations. - Safeguard sensitive customer information by adhering to bank confidentiality and security policies. - Represent the bank in a manner that enhances its reputation and customer satisfaction. - Handle customer inquiries effectively, acting as a liaison with other departments when necessary. - Complete branch clerical tasks, including document imaging and filing. - Support the team with additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or banking roles. - Strong supervisory and management skills with the ability to oversee operations effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members. - Knowledge of applicable banking regulations and completion of compliance training. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold security standards for customer information. - Proficiency in promoting and cross-selling financial products and services. - Familiarity with teller operations and new account processes. - Capability to perform branch opening or closing duties as required.
