A telecommunications company in Stamford, CT is currently seeking a BI Analyst for their Business Intelligence team.

Responsibilities:

The BI Analyst will support the Service Reliability team and their mission of improving the customer experience through analytics focused on network outages/impairments and maintenance/upgrade events.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of overall experience
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Must be proficient in SQL, Redshift
• Proficiency in Excel for data validation and ad hoc analysis
• Must be able to communicate analysis/findings in business/functional terms for senior leadership/executive audience

Desired Skills:

• Telecom experience
• Data warehouse and MicroStrategy experience
