Adecco Creative & Marketing is excited to partner with a leading retail organization to find a Billing Operations Coordinator to support their contract and billing systems team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of verifying promotional allowances, researching billing discrepancies, and ensuring all details are accurate in multiple systems. You’ll work closely with management, accounting, suppliers, and brokers to keep everything running smoothly — organization, communication, and follow-through are key!
The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable learning new tools.You’ll put your Excel skills to work (adding pivot tables, managing data, tracking results) while helping the team meet daily goals and deadlines.
This position is onsite four days per week in Cincinnati, OH , with Fridays remote and about $7/day parking. Pay rate range is $25-27hr.
