About the Job

A unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen that leads strategic analytics initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role partners directly with leadership to drive business performance through advanced BI, ETL, and data strategy, playing a key role in shaping decisions, leading change, and fostering a data-first culture in a complex healthcare manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Decision Support

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and develop insights that drive strategic decisions across commercial and operational areas.

KPI Ownership & Performance Tracking

• Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives, enabling proactive tracking of sales, marketing, and operational performance. Ensure stakeholders have continuous visibility into the metrics that matter most.

End-to-End Data Management & ETL

• Build and maintain robust ETL processes to extract data from SAP, internal systems, and external sources, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across data pipelines and the enterprise data warehouse.

Advanced BI Development

• Develop dynamic dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI (DAX, Power Query) to provide actionable insights and support high-impact decision-making.

Ad Hoc Reports & Analysis

• Provide timely and actionable ad hoc reports and analysis to support immediate business needs across departments.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver tailored insights that inform tactical decisions and drive performance.

Workflow Automation & Reporting Efficiency

• Leverage Microsoft Apps (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint to automate operations workflows, streamline operations, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Leadership & Analytics Innovation

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Apps, SQL, Python, and Excel, guiding data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization best practices across the organization.

Organizational Change & BI Adoption

• Lead BI adoption across departments by driving organizational change, standardizing reporting practices, and training teams on new tools and self-service analytics. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.

Business Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and deliver data-backed recommendations to improve operational processes, increase cost-effectiveness, and enhance strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in MS in Data Analytics, MBA with a focus on analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or equivalent are a plus.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Business analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.

Skills/Knowledge Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ETL development, data warehousing, and data integration
• Strong understanding of business KPIs, commercial analytics, and operations in healthcare manufacturing.
• Advanced skills in Data Visualization and BI tools: Excel, PowerBI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, Python.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change in complex environments
• Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experienced in Microsoft Application (PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
