Job Description

Are you passionate about heart health and skilled in echocardiography? We’re looking for a Cardiac Sonographer (Echocardiograph Technician) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in diagnosing heart disease through advanced imaging and stress testing procedures.

What You’ll Do

· Perform echocardiograms, stress tests (with and without echo), contrast studies, and saline bubble studies.

· Prepare patient documentation and review cardiac history prior to testing.

· Collaborate with physicians to ensure timely and accurate testing.

· Conduct transthoracic 2D echo studies and stress echocardiography following established protocols.

· Record and manage patient data using Athena Health.

· Assist with other clinical duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

· Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.

· Certifications: Current BLS or ACLS and Sonography Registry credentials.

· 2 years experience strongly preferred

Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in medical terminology and echocardiography protocols.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot equipment.

· Detail-oriented with excellent time management.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.

· Clear hearing and speech for patient interaction.

· Manual dexterity for handling equipment.
