We’re looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team at  A Friend In Need Home Care (AFINHC) .

We provide  non-medical home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities across  Shawnee, Bonner Springs, Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe, and KCK.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with daily living activities ( companionship, grooming, bathing, meal prep, errands)
• Help maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Build trust and connection with clients and families
• Report changes in condition or concerns promptly through our easy-to-use app

• Struggle with time management or frequent tardiness
• Dislike interacting one-on-one with elderly or disabled individuals
• Are uncomfortable receiving feedback or following policies
• Are unwilling to undergo a background check or provide references

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Clean background check
• Valid ID and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior (paid or family) caregiving experience is a  plus , but not required—we train the right people!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.40 - $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
