Job Description

We are seeking multiple Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for in-person school-based positions in , Coachella, CA .

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided

Requirements

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California
• Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student development
