We are seeking a Chief of Staff / Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside executive leadership at a fast-growing iGaming brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, excels at organization and communication, and can act as the connective tissue between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

You will help turn strategy into execution—owning coordination, follow-ups, prioritization, and operational rhythm across the business.

• Act as a right hand to executive leadership , helping manage priorities, schedules, and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate across departments (Marketing, Product, Affiliates, VIP, Dev, Finance) to ensure alignment and execution
• Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across teams and vendors
• Prepare briefs, internal updates, reports, and executive summaries
• Run and organize meetings, standups, and follow-ups (notes → action items → accountability)
• Help streamline internal processes, workflows, and documentation
• Liaise with external partners, agencies, and service providers when needed
• Spot operational gaps early and proactively propose solutions

• 3+ years experience in operations, project coordination, chief of staff, or startup roles
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills — you can juggle multiple initiatives without dropping the ball
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort working with senior leadership and fast decision cycles
• High attention to detail with a bias toward execution
• Experience in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or high-growth startups is a strong plus
• Proficiency with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, or similar

• Experience coordinating remote and international teams
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, online gaming operations, or crypto platforms
• Background in consulting, operations, or startup environments
