Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide array of real estate disputes and civil litigation matters, including boundary disputes, landlord/tenant issues, easements, land use, construction claims, and breach of contract cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of real estate litigation, including property disputes, title issues, lease enforcement, and zoning matters.
• Manage civil litigation cases, including contract disputes, business torts, and general commercial litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member of the Washington State Bar.
• 2+ years of relevant litigation experience.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $180,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
