As a Cloud Solutions Architect (M&A), you will lead the technical integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our cloud ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution—partnering with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our cloud platforms.

This is more than a technical role—it's a leadership opportunity to influence enterprise-wide cloud adoption, modernize legacy systems, and build scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Cloud Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and repeatable cloud architectures aligned with business goals and M&A strategies.

• Lead Technical Assessments: Identify gaps, define target states, and develop roadmaps for cloud transformation.

• Drive Integration: Extend enterprise capabilities to acquired companies, including operating model alignment and deployment strategies.

• Modernize Infrastructure: Champion cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless cloud adoption.

• Optimize & Automate: Evaluate and streamline processes, handoffs, and workflows using automation and modern tooling.

• Influence Strategy: Provide thought leadership on cloud governance, architecture best practices, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Cloud Expertise: 4+ years in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments

• DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Octopus Deploy, Salt, or Fabric

• Networking Know-How: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, SDWAN, and routing

• Resilience Engineering: Experience designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions, including multi-region active/active setups

• M&A Experience: Proven ability to work with acquired companies and align them with enterprise cloud strategies

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Additional Qualifications a Plus:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services)

• Familiarity with Well-Architected Frameworks and multi-tenant architecture

• Passion for learning and staying ahead of cloud trends
