A growing AmLaw firm is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience. Candidates must have good credentials and ideally come from an AmLaw firm, though top boutiques will be considered as well. Attorneys will have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and ancillary documentation for commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions as well as conducting due diligence.
This firm has a billable target of 1850, compensation is expected to be between $215-330k based on years of experience. The firm has a one tier partnership track.
