Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning and execution of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the region.
