State Bank of Missouri is excited to announce an opening for an experienced Loan Officer to join our growing community bank. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is eager to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional financial services to the communities we serve.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Candidates should have 5-7 years of lending experience. State Bank values employees who are passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve. Knowledge of the Lafayette and Jackson County communities is a significant plus. We offer an excellent benefits package and salary is commensurate with experience.
As a Loan Officer at State Bank, you will:
Evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of loans.
Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process.
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Stay updated on the latest financial regulations and market trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the bank’s presence and services.
