Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial and industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage construction projects from the ground-up, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project development and execution.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Facilitate tenant improvements and renovations in commercial spaces.
- Oversee projects in various sectors including automotive, financial institutions, educational, warehouse, distribution, medical, manufacturing, healthcare, office, retail, and residential.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, financial management, and project scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
