We’re seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations, providing insights that help guide the firm’s strategic and operational decisions.
As a member of our leadership team, the Controller will oversee monthly accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, and P&L forecasting, while managing core accounting functions such as billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll, and insurance administration. This position also plays a hands-on role in preparing financial and operational analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting special projects that drive firm growth and efficiency.
