About the Role

As Controller, you’ll oversee SEBPO’s accounting, reporting, payroll, budgeting, and compliance functions. You’ll play a key leadership role—ensuring financial accuracy, driving process improvements, and guiding strategy through insightful reporting.

We’re seeking a CPA-level financial leader who blends technical excellence with a hands-on, team-first approach.

What You’ll Do

• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage all general accounting, payroll, AP, and AR operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
• Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and leadership on financial strategy.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Optimize systems and workflows through automation and ERP enhancements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, 3+ in management.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred).
• Master’s degree or BPO/international accounting experience is a plus.
