Salary: $66,000 - $101,000 dependent on geography and experience level

Willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours

About the Role:

We're looking for a Docketing & Court Services Clerk to support our litigation team by tracking case deadlines, maintaining our legal calendar system ( CourtAlert ), and helping with court filings. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must live within commuting distance to DC, Boston, or New York.

What You'll Do:

• Enter and manage court deadlines using our docketing system (CourtAlert)
• Prepare and share weekly and case-specific reports with attorneys
• Help lawyers with scheduling, filings, and court-related questions
• Occasionally assist with paralegal tasks
• Look for ways to improve our workflow and systems

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of docketing or litigation support experience (AMLAW 100/200 firm experience a plus)
• Hands-on experience with a strong working knowledge of the Court Alert system preferred.
• Working knowledge of CA and Federal court rules, including local rules of the various courts in CA preferred.
