Comp: $50K-$55K plus bonus
Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare shipping documents for orders scheduled to ship at the beginning of each business day and take them to the warehouse
• Assist customers via email and telephone with issues regarding orders, products, carriers and shipment tracking
• Submit customer orders within 24 hours of receiving and send sales confirmation for each
• Work with assigned sales representatives to better fulfill customers’ needs
• Work with the Purchasing Team to coordinate orders for ETAs and ship dates
• Submit dropship orders directly to the suppliers for customer delivery
• Invoice orders each day
• Submit necessary credit/debit memos
• Maintain customer files in a database as needed
• Daily filing
