Contract Intake Specialist – 6 Month Assignment (with potential extension)
Location: Overland Park, KS (Flexibility to work 2 days from home after training)
Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2

A leading national provider is seeking a Contract Intake Specialist to support its Legal & Emergency Response Team in handling sensitive and time-critical legal requests.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of review for legal demands (including subpoenas, preservation letters, search warrants, and court orders).
- Accurately intake documents into a new system while ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Work with established processes to protect sensitive and confidential customer data.
- Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- US Citizenship (required). Must present a valid US passport on day one for verification.
- Ability to work onsite full-time for training . Once trained, hybrid schedule available (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills and a goal-driven mindset.
- Typing requirements: 45 WPM + 5,000 KPH (10-key).
💡 Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to legal documents or training in reviewing legal demands (not required, but a plus!).
- Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
