A Kelly Engineering client has asked us to find a Design Engineer to join their structural engineering team. If you’re looking for an opportunity for growth, want to build out a team, and are an expert in Civil3D, this is the opportunity for you!
Client is open to assisting with relocation expenses.
Duties
- Assist in designing site layouts, grading, paving, striping, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Conduct field reconnaissance to document existing site conditions
- Participate in project planning meetings and interdisciplinary design reviews
- Contribute creative solutions to design challenges
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex technical issues and select effective design methods
Desired skills and experience
- BS in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering design in site development or industrial sites
- Expert in AutoCAD - Civil 3D software
- Field experience in active construction settings
