We’re Owned and Operated, the go-to media brand for home service business owners. We reach 99,000+ operators through our podcast, newsletter, YouTube channel, and community—and we’re growing fast. Now we need a Growth Marketing Operator to take our paid acquisition to the next level.

This is not a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll have the budget, the support, and the runway to test, learn, and scale what works.

🎯 Performance Marketing Strategy

• Launch and scale high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube

• Optimize for CAC and ROAS while managing budgets across platforms

• Match creative with funnel stages to drive real conversions, not just clicks

📥 Funnel Development + Optimization

• Build and test landing pages, lead magnets, and sequences

• Run experiments across email capture, ad creative, CTAs, and retargeting

📊 Analytics & Insights

• Report weekly and monthly on performance KPIs

• Own dashboards and attribution (we use HubSpot + GA)

• Make data-driven calls to guide content and budget shifts

🔍 Light SEO Execution (supporting, not leading)

• Conduct basic keyword research for key content

• Coordinate SEO efforts with our content strategist and blog pipeline

• Monitor rankings and recommend quick wins

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work directly with our YouTube and content strategist, copywriter, and in-house video team

• Plug into the content calendar and support launches with paid strategy

• A paid media pro who’s fluent in Meta Ads, Google Search, and YouTube performance campaigns

• You’ve managed real budgets and know how to scale what works

• Strong grasp of funnels, CRO, lead gen, and A/B testing

• Analytical thinker—you’re fluent in GA, attribution tools, and CRM reporting

• Experience with HubSpot, Beehiiv, Webflow, or Clearbit is a plus

• Comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, creative environment

• You’ll own the growth engine of a media brand that’s scaling fast

• You’ll work with a 7-person creative team that moves quickly

• Your work directly connects operators with the tools and ideas that help them grow

• You won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll shape the whole strategy
