Opportunity Description

The Director of Engineering will lead all engineering activities for Canada, Mexico and teh United States. This plastic injection molding business has a global footprint and there will be overlap with Corporate. The role includes strategic oversight, budgeting, equipment purchasing and negotiation, new facility build outs, capital projects and engineering troubleshooting at the plant level.

Qualifications

• Career experience in plastic injection molding
• Strengths in process engineering, tooling and project engineering
• Experienced leading engineering function across multiple facilities
• Successful experience with plant expansions, new plant start ups, cap-ex projects
• Experienced negotiating and purchasing injection molding equipment
• High level strategic vision of plastic injection molding manufacturing facilities
