Salary: $55,000-$70,000 base salary + bonus structure + competitive benefits

Job Summary

We’re looking for an Educational Operations Manager to join our team in Worcester, MA. This is a unique role blending curriculum development, school account management, professional development, and sales support . The ideal candidate is an experienced educator who thrives on building relationships, supporting schools, and helping drive impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product and education teams to adapt and enhance robotics curriculum.
  • Create resources, lesson plans, and training materials to support K–12 educators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, providing account management and ongoing support.
  • Deliver professional development workshops, both in-person and virtual, to teachers and administrators.
  • Support the sales team with onboarding new schools, highlighting curriculum value during the sales process, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding school needs and recommending additional solutions.
  • Provide direct sales support through demos, presentations, and follow-up with prospective and current partners.
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes for managing multiple school partnerships efficiently.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, demos, conferences, and other events.
  • Track and report on program impact, educator engagement, and partner satisfaction.
  • Support the business in additional operational areas such as attending trade shows, completing administrative tasks, and assisting with marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-team projects, providing flexibility and support wherever needed in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of classroom teaching experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with educators and administrators.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Passion for STEM education, hands-on learning, and student success.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, able to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage company.
