Our client is growing and adding skilled technicians to their existing maintenance team!
This is a direct hire Electrical Maintenance Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
- Troubleshoot and repair defective industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical control systems for industrial machinery.
- Assist maintenance personnel and contract integrators/engineers with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain AC and DC drives as well as motors.
- Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using maintenance software and laptop computers.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency equipment repairs and provide support on preventative maintenance (PM) days.
- Lead teams to accomplish specific tasks or projects and foster effective teamwork.
- Understand and apply the National Electric Code (NEC) standards within an industrial environment.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and working with electrical systems up to 480V.
- Proficient with Rockwell, Lenze, Bosch, AB drives, Siemens S7 & S5 PLCs, and industrial/motor controls.
- Experienced with electrical tools, test instruments, ladder logic, and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training in logic controllers, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
