Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent bilingual professional to support translation and proofreading efforts for a variety of documents from English to Traditional Chinese . This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone with strong language skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Translate written documents from English to Traditional Chinese with precision and cultural sensitivity.
- Proofread translated materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify terminology and context when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native fluency in Traditional Chinese and English.
- Proven experience in translation and proofreading (professional or academic).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
