Job Description

Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Leader – Moreno Valley, CA

A leading manufacturer and distributor with a large-scale operations and logistics center near Moreno Valley is seeking an experienced EH&S Leader to manage and drive safety initiatives across its facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that will shape and enforce programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001, and corporate environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S programs focused on prevention, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct audits, safety training, and job hazard analyses
  • Lead incident investigations, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure ISO 14001 & 45001 certification compliance
  • Partner with leadership to support sustainability, ergonomics, and workplace safety
  • Monitor environmental programs related to energy, air, waste, and water

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or a related field
  • 3+ years of EH&S experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 14001/45001 standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong presence on the floor (up to 50% of the time)
