As an Escrow Officer, you’ll be at the heart of the real estate journey, guiding transactions from start to finish with accuracy, care, and a personal touch. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Own the Process: Manage escrows from open to close, keeping everything on track and stress-free.
• Spot the Details: Review title reports and documents, catching any issues before they become roadblocks.
• Be the Go-To Guide: Serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and partners—always keeping communication clear and professional.
• Perfect the Paperwork: Prepare accurate agreements, deeds, closing statements, and other documents that keep deals moving smoothly.
• Coordinate the Teamwork: Partner with lenders, attorneys, and third parties to ensure timely, successful closings.
• Seal the Deal: Lead closings with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism, ensuring every condition is met.
• Stay Sharp: Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance every step of the way.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and leave every client feeling cared for and supported.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Escrow Officer
• A solid understanding of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow practices
• Established relationships and a network that can generate at least $15K in monthly business
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a client-first mindset
• Organizational skills to keep multiple transactions running seamlessly
• Meticulous attention to detail—you’re the type who spots what others miss
• Tech-savvy with escrow software, MS Office, and related applications
