Financial Reporting Manager (CPA) - Onsite
Responsibilities: - The position will manage the preparation of the company's quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, prepare financial statement disclosures, and report key performance metrics.
- Responsibilities will supervise the accounting staff, compliance reporting, month end close, and ad hoc reporting & analysis.
- Prepare Flux analysis and explain those movements.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis, internal and external financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Will play a part in daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting and reporting including review and approval of journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of results to ensure completeness and accuracy of account balances.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including Tax, Finance, and payroll/HR.
- Position will also coordinate and liaise with internal and external audits.
- Present financial review and deck to senior executive team.

Requirements :
- Minimum 7+ years of experience and at least 4 of which from public accounting experience. CPA ideally.
- Requires 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- Must have public accounting experience in audit from larger CPA firm, strong GAAP knowledge and research.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must.
