General Manager – Warehouse Operations

📍 Location: Fostoria, OH Full-time | Reports to: VP of Midwest Operations

We’re seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our warehouse operations.. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee the daily performance of our warehouse teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure we consistently meet productivity, safety, and quality goals.

As General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—guiding strategy, improving processes, and developing strong teams that deliver exceptional service and results.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflows, quality control, and safety standards
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse systems, processes, and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory, logistics, and equipment management
• Own performance metrics—tracking financials, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Champion a culture of safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Be the go-to contact for customer escalations and operational challenges

What You Bring

• Proven experience in warehouse or operations management (3–5+ years)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Working knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse best practices

Additional Details

• Travel: Occasional travel within Midwest locations
• Physical Requirements: Some lifting, walking, and time spent on the warehouse floor
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for weekends as needed
