Graphic Designer (2-4 year min experience) 

Full-time, Hybrid/Remote in CST hours.

Lucky Lab is a lifestyle coffee shop brand that is quickly expanding in the Austin and surrounding area markets. We have a serious passion for good coffee and happy pups! In growing our brand we are looking to add a graphic designer to our talented team. Lucky Lab Coffee Co. is looking for a multi-disciplinary designer (graphic & motion) with proven experience in DTC omni-channel formats working within a branded design system. 

You will be working within our brand guidelines to create compelling, on-brand emails, assets for social media, graphics and print materials for a variety of campaigns and collateral across digital and print for experiential and in-store placements. Candidates should have experience working in design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva. The current workflow is Canva based.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is responsive, detail-oriented, a great communicator— and ideally, someone who LOVES DOGS and animals in general!

Location: Preferably Austin Based, but open to remote so long as you are available during CST business hours. We love to collaborate as a team!

Responsibilities:

• Creation of strategic marketing assets for omni-channel campaigns and projects including: email design, social assets/content, ads, web banners; along with various print pieces: packaging, retail displays, event & experiential.
• Navigating a workflow starting from a marketing calendar, assessing creative briefs for work scope and timelines, creating and building assets using design templates, style guides, and/or mood boards, through revisions, and final exports of quality assets & deliverables.
• Providing clear communication on timetables and deliverables while working on multiple projects during a given week or month.
• Maintaining best practices for file naming convention and project folders.
• Ideation and iteration based on brand persona, creative direction, and guidelines.
• Staying “current” with platforms, branding & design trends and practices.

Required experience:

• Min 2-4 years experience designing for consumer product brands and omni-channel audiences & formats.
• Experience with print design and creating assets specifically for print with bleed specifications and PDF printer files.
• Timely and responsive communication
• Ability to work with basic video clips and animated graphics or text for motion assets
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva

Bonus experience:

• Copy writing
• Basic multi-clip video editing - [Reels, Capcut, Canva, Rush, etc]
• Mailchimp email design / editing templates
• Basic web design experience including designing for web assets & uploading to websites 
• Experience designing merchandise

Salary + Benefits:

• $50,000-$55,000 annually
