Addison Group is partnering with a reputable organization in the consumer goods industry that values collaboration, professionalism, and drive. The HR team is seeking an energetic and motivated HR Administrator to support their SR VP of HR and play a key role in daily operations and team success.

Job Description:

The HR Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR department, with a focus on assisting senior leadership. This role offers exposure to multiple HR functions, making it an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional eager to grow within human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior HR leadership, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and orientation schedules for new hires.
• Maintain employee files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with I-9 verification, background checks, and compliance documentation.
• Support HR initiatives such as benefits administration, training coordination, and performance review cycles.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide customer service support to internal staff.
• Update and maintain HRIS data (UKG experience preferred).
• Collaborate with internal communications to support engagement and company-wide announcements.
• Perform general office support tasks and serve as a backup for reception, as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of administrative experience; prior HR exposure helpful, not required.
• HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
