IN-HOUSE REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL: Our client, the U.S. division of an international REAL ESTATE property investment firm with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an Associate General Counsel with extensive expertise in real estate transactions . This role will serve as a key legal advisor to senior leadership, overseeing legal strategy across acquisitions, dispositions, land use rights, development projects, and financing initiatives. The successful candidate will lead negotiations, manage external counsel, and coordinate with municipal authorities and internal teams to ensure legal alignment throughout a project’s lifecycle.
REQUIRED: 10+ years of legal experience with a focus on real estate transactions; J.D. from a Tier 1/Tier 2 ABA-accredited law school; active member of the Georgia Bar; strong knowledge of property rights, land use, entitlements, leasing, and financing structures; proven ability to manage complex real estate deals end-to-end; excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; must be self-motivated, strategic, and collaborative.
