Job Description

As an Immigration Paralegal, you'll work closely with attorneys and clients to support a variety of immigration matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and filing employment- and family-based immigration petitions (e.g., I-130, I-485, N-400, Deportations, Waivers, etc.)

  • Experience with Deportation proceedings is required; using ECAS, etc.

  • Managing client communications and maintaining case files

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence

  • Expected to file about 30-40 cases per month with immigration agencies.

  • Conducting research and staying current on immigration law and policy changes

  • Tracking deadlines and maintaining case status reports

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting

  • Familiarity with USCIS forms and procedures

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred

  • Proficiency with immigration case management software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom, or similar)
