Roofing Install Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Roofing Install Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing installation projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise roofing installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule roofing installation crews
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality
Qualifications - Experience in roofing installation and construction management
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong focus on quality assurance and attention to detail
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations, roofing materials, and best practices
- Knowledge of the construction industry and customer service principles
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
