Inventory Control Specialist

📍 [Irvine, CA] • 💵 $20–$23/hr • 🕗 Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM (Sat as needed)

Keep our warehouse running smoothly by ensuring inventory accuracy and proper product flow.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cycle counts and track finished-goods shortages, adjusting orders as needed.
Investigate variances, damaged goods, and reconcile monthly/annual inventories.
Verify FIFO storage, scanning accuracy, and product integrity.
Maintain logs, reports, and shipping documents; report discrepancies promptly.
Support process improvements and help resolve receiving or transfer issues.
Operate a forklift (certification provided) and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements

2–3 years of inventory control experience (food industry a plus).
Knowledge of SAP or WMS systems, handheld scanners, and basic MS Office.
Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
Able to work 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays.
