Join our HIL Production Department as an Inventory Management Administrator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of components to the production floor and the efficient stocking of incoming items in our stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Requests: Process material requests from the production department

Order Fulfillment: Store parts in their designated locations

Inventory Storage: Store parts in their designated locations

Kanban Management: Maintain Kanban shelves with adequate stock levels

Support: Assist Engineers and Technicians in identifying the proper parts

Inventory Counts: Perform regular inventory counts

Team Collaboration:

Close collaboration with the shipping department for incoming shipments

Coordination with Production planning to balance the workload

Supporting the production team in identifying parts

Work Environment:

This position requires consistent in-office attendance and remote work is not permitted

Punctuality and reliability in working hours are crucial

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook are required

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams is a plus

Familiarity with ERP systems like D365FO or similar is a plus, but not mandatory

3 to 5 years’ experience in a comparable role is desired
