Job Description

One of the largest technology companies specializing in AI computing is seeking an Engineering Build Planner to join their team. What you'll be doing:

• Prototype Build Request & PCB order management from input to completion. Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, update, monitor order status & tracking to ensure process efficiency.

• Keep track of all shipments and related documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.

• Order fulfillment process management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.

• Support the end-to-end materials planning management for new product introductions (NPI) from initial concept to production launch.

• Ensure material readiness to support program achievements

• Proactively address material shortages, lead times, and supplier constraints to mitigate supply chain risks.

• Establish and monitor critical metrics, using digital dashboards for real-time tracking of materials readiness and supply versus demand performance.

• Regularly provide leadership team with project status reports

Pay: $65-$70/hour + 1.5 for overtime. 6 -12 month contract with likely extensions and potential conversion. This will be a night sift role and candidate must be comfortable working between 5PM-6AM. Will be working in a factory setting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.

• Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate technical concepts and issues

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environment

• Solid understanding of ordering to fulfillment process.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, NPI cycles, and material planning systems.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of NVIDIA

• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, tools driven by artificial intelligence, and platforms for analyzing supply chain data.

• Experience in working with suppliers, vendors, and/or customers

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
