IT Project Manager (Yardi)

Looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (Yardi) to support our client’s migration from Yardi Version 7.6 to Version 8 . This role will play a key part in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), developing training materials, and conducting “train-the-trainer” sessions to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

• Start: January 2026
• Duration: 4-6 months
• Location: Woodland Hills, CA - Hybrid (2 -3 days on-site)
• Compensation: Starting at $85/hr + W2 plus benefits (negotiation based on experience and education)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Yardi migration project from Version 7.6 to Version 8.
• Partner with business stakeholders and super users (Accounting, AP, site managers, leasing, maintenance supervisors, etc.) to plan, facilitate, and manage UAT activities.
• Develop comprehensive training documentation, guides, and materials tailored for internal use.
• Conduct training sessions for internal trainers (3 total) to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support a successful rollout.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of IT Project Management experience
• 5-10 years of experience with Yardi
• Prior Yardi migration or upgrade experience required, preferably with version 8
• Develop Project Plans and timelines, develop and maintain training documentation on training portal
• Proven ability to coordinate UAT with business and super users, training the trainers, etc.
• Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
