Lead Business Execution Consultant - Procedure/Controls Writer
Duration: 6 months + extensions/possible conversion

- Previous experience with control procedure writing and control policies.
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership and technology teams.
- Experience researching, developing, writing, and editing operational procedures and documents
- Experience with analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Review and rewrite business and control procedures that have been downgraded coming out of an audit exam using existing templates/documentation.
- Create or update control procedures for all in flight Issues/Corrective Actions (CA) where needed within the Issue/CA due dates
- Complete a full review and revision/uplift of procedures to align with company policy.
- Partner with subject matter professionals and control owners to understand business needs as it relates to control procedures.
- Create a periodic review of control procedures to ensure all required elements are included based on the Internal Control Policy.
- Engage with business partners on large scale procedure publishing initiatives.
- Collaborate globally with Control teams, independent risk management and audit to ensure effective responses are provided and potential risks and concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
