Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Real Estate owner to hire a Lead Maintenance Technician in Tampa.
Your new role
The job duties of the Lead Maintenance Technician will include, among others:
- Oversight of all maintenance activities at the site, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and other general maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot fixes via facility walkthroughs
- Maintain records of facility equipment, work with vendors
- Respond to tenant requests and provide updates
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- About 3 years or more of maintenance experience
- Ability to work with mechanical, electrical and plumbing
- A valid driver’s license and ability to communicate well is needed
- Industry trade licenses in HVAC and electrical plumbing are a plus, but not required
- **Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Overtime pay provided. **
What you'll get in return
$55–60K base, plus OT, bonus and strong benefits
