**Overview:**
We seek a skilled Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal support and possess excellent organizational and clerical skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from case inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information
- Prepare exhibits for trial and assist during court proceedings
- Perform data entry, proofreading, and transcribing duties as needed
**Qualifications:**
- At least 3+ years, Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience
- Proven experience working as a Personal Injury Paralegal
- Proficiency in document management systems such as Neos and SmartAdvocate
- Familiarity with legal research tools like Westlaw
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal drafting and procedures in personal injury cases
