We are a boutique personal injury firm representing injured bicyclists in five states (DC, FL, MD, SC, and VA). Our office is in downtown Winter Garden.

Role Description

This is a part-time Litigation Paralegal position. The days of the week and hours are open for discussion, but the position will likely involve 2 - 3 days in the office for 4 - 8 hours per day. Some virtual work may be possible.

The role involves supporting me in all aspects of post-filing personal injury litigation cases (including discovery, deposition preparation, court filing, and document drafting). There will also be administrative duties as my assistant. No task is too big or too small.

Qualifications & Details

• Litigation Paralegal Experience REQUIRED (at least 3 years).
• Paralegal certification and training are preferred.
• Strong preference for Florida experience (or DC, MD, SC, or VA).
• Willingness to learn civil procedure and filing processes in other jurisdictions.
• This is NOT an entry-level position.
• Excellent references from previous legal employers.
• Excellent computer skills.
• We use Google Workspaces and apps (not Office).
• Organized, organized, and organized.
• Impeccable writing and proofreading.
• Hourly rate based on experience.
