Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor role is a key part of the operations.
In this role you are a trusted leader for ensuring plant based repairs and maintenance are completed on production machinery in a manufacturing environment (preventative and breakdown maintenance).
The successfully hired candidate will have a strong mechanical background and leverage their experience to be a good organizer, coach, and mentor in a supervisor role. The hired person will understand the tactics and communication style required to be effective leading a team of maintenance mechanics, millwrights, and related staff in the maintenance team. Duties of the position include:
-Scheduling repair and maintenance activities
-Issuing work orders
-Ordering parts and supplies
-Coaching and training staff
-Maintaining appropriate adherence to health and safety protocol
-Following PM system and making improvements to program when appropriate

Requirement:
-Strong mechanical background with proven knowledge of maintenance repair practices with industrial machines and equipment
-3-5 years lead hand, charge hand, maintenance supervision experience
-Background working in production based manufacturing environment
-Excellent interpersonal skills, level headed personality, patient and professional temperament
-Strong verbal and written English
-Computer literacy with knowledge and experience using a CMMS
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in United States
