We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our high-performing aesthetics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong treatment expertise, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping patients achieve radiant, healthy skin.

Our compensation structure is high commission-based with unlimited earning potential through service and retail sales, membership enrollment, and special event participation.

• Perform customized aesthetic services including facials, peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and advanced skincare protocols
• Perform or assist with laser and energy-based procedures (IPL, Laser Genesis, hair removal, resurfacing, and more)
• Educate and guide patients on skincare, product regimens, and treatment plans
• Promote membership programs, treatment packages, and skincare retail
• Support injectable and combination treatment days with providers
• Maintain treatment room readiness, assist with stocking, and provide exceptional patient care
• Participate in social media content, model days, and practice events

• Active Colorado Aesthetician License (Medical Aesthetic or Laser certification preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting
• Strong product knowledge and confident retail sales experience
• Professional, polished appearance and communication style
• Self-motivated with proven ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
