Main Line Dermatology is seeking a qualified, hard-working, dependable, and collaborative Medical Assistant to join our team. Main Line Dermatology is a medical and surgical practice located in Wayne and West Chester (Main Line suburbs). We are looking for a full-time medical assistant position with a schedule offering between 36 to 40 hours within 3 to 4 days a week between both locations. Main Line Dermatology is a private practice that has been intertwined in the Main Line communities for over 20 years. We have a loyal patient following and a clinical team that values quality care. We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to joining our amazing clinical team comprised of Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs and BSNs.

The ideal candidate is someone familiar with the medical field and is comfortable with EMR systems. Dermatology experience preferred but not required.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Obtaining patient medical histories
• Rooming patients
• Populating the chief complaint
• Assisting provider in biopsy collection and medical record inputting
• Reviewing post-op/ wound care instructions with patient
• Educating patients on proper skin protection practices
• Assisting in surgical procedures
• Assisting in cosmetic procedures
• Assisting with triage calls
• Stocking medical supplies
• Cleaning medical instruments
