Metallurgy Lab Manager (100-130K)
We are seeking a Metallurgy Lab Manager to work for an international manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Your Role :
- Provide technical leadership and supervision to the Materials Lab Department.
- Schedule and oversee work tasks to ensure procedures are properly followed.
- Develop and train employees.
- Generate and review material testing data reports for internal and external customers.
- Provide root cause analysis and corrective action, along with technical support to cross functional departments.
- Maintain NADCAP accreditation.
Experience / Education Profile :
- BS in Engineering. A degree in Metallurgy / Materials Engineering is ideal.
- Knowledge of investment casting, heat treat, metallurgy.
- Previous supervisory experience of materials technicians.
