About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an Operations Assistant and Listing Coordinator to join a top- performing team at Compass. You will provide the administrative, operational, and marketing support to the Director of Operations on the team. The primary responsibilities include executing administrative tasks, managing end-to-end listing operations, and assisting with marketing activities. Our client is a top-producing team at Compass, and the team is a carefully selected group of local agents who collaborate on their clients’ real estate mandates across three separate yet intertwined markets. This results in a fully integrated client experience in which transparent communication, thoughtful marketing, and unbiased expertise produce consistent and exceptional results that outperform the market. Specializing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons, The Team offers a comprehensive range of services, including sales, rentals, and new development marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report directly to Director of Operations and provide overarching support to the Operations Department as it pertains to new and existing listings
  • Manage preparation of listing agreements for clients and all corresponding communication as needed
  • Liaise with building management to acquire key building documents required to complete the listing process
  • Prepare, draft, and list properties on Compass + StreetEasy platforms with guidance and approval from Director
  • Handle the assembly of Board Packages as required
  • Work with Director and Head of Brand on specific marketing activities including email campaigns, print collateral, biweekly market reports, and social assets
  • Perform administrative duties and execute ad-hoc projects as needed by the Director

Qualifications

  • 1 year+ of administrative / marketing support experience
  • NY Real Estate license - This is a must!
  • Proficient in executing Real Estate Board Package at a high volume
  • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in Google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Highly presentable with strong communication skills, including verbal and written etiquette
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters

Compensation and Hours

$80,000-$90,000 (W2 via Checks & Balances)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am - 6 pm in office, with some remote flexibility for the right candidate; weekend check-ins as needed
