Job Description:
- Business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc).
- Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
- 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
